Welcome to Ideal Car Transport. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service.

1. Scope of Services

Ideal Car Transport provides domestic vehicle transportation (cars and bikes), packing and moving services, home/office relocation, intercity and local shifting, and train-based shifting solutions. Services may be subject to availability in certain regions and cities.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed via call, email, or online form submission.
Quotations provided are based on the details shared by the customer. Final pricing may vary if actual service needs differ.
A minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) must be made to initiate service. The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery, depending on the service agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee (up to 25% of the total value).
In the event of unavoidable delays or cancellations from our end (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we will notify you and reschedule or refund appropriately.

4. Vehicle Transportation Terms

Customers must ensure the vehicle is in working condition, insured, and free of leaks or mechanical issues before transport.
Personal belongings must not be left in the vehicle during shifting unless pre-approved in writing. We are not liable for damage or loss of any such items.
An inspection report (including photographs, if required) will be prepared before loading and after delivery.
Transit insurance is available upon request. Without transit insurance, Ideal Car Transport will not be responsible for damages due to unforeseen events.

5. Packing & Moving Terms

Customers are responsible for disclosing fragile or high-value items in advance. Special packing may be recommended.
Ideal Car Transport will not be liable for items not declared at the time of packing.
Damage claims, if any, must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
No inflammable, perishable, or prohibited items shall be packed or transported.

6. Shifting by Train

Car or bike shifting by train is subject to Indian Railways’ schedules and regulations.
Customers must provide valid documents (RC, ID proof, etc.) to facilitate booking.
Train delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change beyond Ideal Car Transport’s control.

7. Delivery & Delays

While we strive for timely pickups and deliveries, Ideal Car Transport is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, natural disasters, law enforcement, strikes, or third-party vendor issues.
Customers will be kept informed in case of any delay beyond the committed time.

8. Liability Limitations

Ideal Car Transport’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or insured amount, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for mechanical, electrical, or electronic malfunctions that may occur during transit unless caused by direct physical damage.

9. Insurance

Basic carrier liability is included in most services.
Full-value transit insurance is optional and recommended for high-value vehicles or goods. We can facilitate third-party insurance on request.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure accurate address, contact details, and availability for both pickup and delivery.
Cooperate with our team during inventory checks, inspections, and handovers.
Inspect items/vehicle at the time of delivery and sign off once satisfied.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any service-related disputes, customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team for resolution.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
